Founded in 2009, The Beekeeper’s Wife Apiary & Soapery is a local soap and supply company located on 28 forested acres on the beautiful Oregon coast and specializes in luxury cold process soap, beeswax candles and balms.

It all began when I met my husband Mark in 2004, and he introduced me to beekeeping. I instantly felt a connection to the bees and had a desire to create products that incorporated raw honey and beeswax. It is important to me to develop formulas that are good for us and good for the earth.

Bringing joy to someone’s day with a beautiful soap or candle is the best feeling. It’s such an honor to be able to do what I love and have others love it too.

At the end of 2023, I expanded and launched The Beekeeper’s Wife Maker’s Blend. This innovative 3 in 1 blend is used to make cold process soap, body balms and lip balms with the same recipe I use for my own products.

There is a real thirst in the maker community to learn and I am honored to share what I know to help others be successful. The bonus is I get to learn from them also! There’s always something new to discover.

I’m not sure what the future holds but I know it will be a wonderful adventure!
